Invite a S'mores Table to Your Event

Want to add something unique to your next event? If so, consider gourmet marshmallows. Yes, really. Fireside Mallow Company, located in Caldwell, is a new gourmet marshmallow company specializing in many unique flavors. They have created a s'mores bar that can be rented for weddings, birthdays, graduation parties, reunions and much more.
The S’mores Station features wooden display boxes filled with river stones surrounding six real flame stations (Sterno cans), as well as campfire sticks for toasting the homemade marshmallows.  
The station includes two eight foot tables with decorations to match your event’s theme and/or colors.  Food items, including a variety of graham crackers and cookies and chocolate, are presented in decorative jars along with a detailed s’mores menu.  Marshmallows can be customized to coordinate with your event colors, cake flavor and more. Rental of the station is for 2 hours and includes the assistance of an attendant, delivery, set up and take down.   
Should you be interested in renting the station for an indoor event, be certain to check with your venue to find out if open flames are allowed. Many venues do not allow any open flames and you don't want to inadvertently ruin your event by setting off the sprinkler system.

Yoga sessions occur outdoors in the grass in tune with nature. Pygmie or dwarf goats who are friendly and curious will welcome you to your session. They may or may not stand on your back, but they will interact with you as you practice your yoga session. This is not recommended for very young children, but school-age children should enjoy it. Covid-19 and Its Affect on Events

With the world-wide outbreak of the coronavirus, we find ourselves navigating uncharted waters. Events are being cancelled or postponed. Merchants are either cooperating or not. Currently, we are asked to keep gatherings at 10 or fewer for the protection of all. I have had events both cancelled and postponed. In one case, the venue wants to move forward, but merchants do not. In another case, the venue is closed but merchants are refusing to reschedule. One thing we are learning from this experience is to read contracts carefully to find out about cancellation policies. In many cases, contracts are designed to protect the vendor in case the event host cancels. Rarely do they protect the event host in case of emergencies like the one we are seeing now. As you read contracts, be sure they include a clause to protect you. If they do not, ask to have one added.
